The Website is operated by M&V Enterprises LLC, doing business as MAISON VM, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States (“Maison VM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
The Website presents Maison VM’s collections, one-of-a-kind pieces, design services, projects, creative direction, and professional offerings.
The Website is currently informational and inquiry-based. It does not provide an automatic online checkout or accept payment directly through an online shopping cart.
Submitting a contact form, selecting “Request to Acquire,” requesting information, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with Maison VM does not, by itself, create a purchase, reservation, professional engagement, or binding agreement.

Maison VM may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated or the Website is being misused.
Many Maison VM pieces are unique, handmade, vintage, collectible, produced in limited quantities, or available only by special order.
A piece displayed as “Available” may become reserved or sold before the Website is updated. Placing an inquiry or submitting a “Request to Acquire” does not reserve the piece.
Availability is confirmed personally by Maison VM before any purchase is finalized. If a piece is no longer available, Maison VM may suggest an alternative but is under no obligation to reproduce or source an identical piece.
Maison VM may decline or cancel a proposed transaction for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, an incorrect listing, suspected fraud, payment concerns, legal restrictions, or delivery and safety limitations. Any payment received for a transaction that Maison VM cannot fulfill will be refunded as required by applicable law and the relevant transaction documents.
Maison VM makes reasonable efforts to present its pieces accurately. However, photographs, videos, dimensions, colors, finishes, scale representations, digital renderings, and room visualizations may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, surroundings, or display settings.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmed dimensions, materials, finishes, condition, access requirements, and other specifications before approving a purchase.
Maison VM pieces may incorporate wood, stone, onyx, marble, shell, metal, ceramic, resin, and other natural or handcrafted materials. Variations in grain, tone, color, veining, texture, patina, inclusions, natural fissures, edges, dimensions, and finish are inherent to these materials and to artisanal production.
These variations contribute to the individuality of each piece and are not ordinarily considered defects. Vintage and collectible pieces may also display age-related characteristics consistent with their history and condition.
Nothing in this section excludes rights relating to actual damage, a material defect, or a piece that differs substantially from the specifications confirmed in writing.
Prices displayed on the Website may be changed or corrected before a transaction becomes binding.

Custom-made, commissioned, personalized, made-to-order, specially sourced, or customer-modified pieces require a separate written quotation, proposal, order confirmation, or agreement.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant drawings, samples, measurements, materials, finishes, and specifications before production begins.
Deposits, payment schedules, production estimates, revisions, cancellations, ownership of drawings, and other project-specific conditions will be stated in the applicable transaction documents.
Design consultations, recommendations, concepts, or preliminary discussions do not create a professional engagement until the applicable proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required payment has been received.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Website content and preliminary consultations are not architectural, engineering, construction, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
Shipping, delivery, installation, and local pickup are governed by the Maison VM Shipping & Delivery Policy and any transaction-specific documents.
Customers must provide complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address, property access, dimensions, stairs, elevators, parking, loading areas, community restrictions, and any required installation or specialized handling.
Delivery dates are estimates unless Maison VM expressly guarantees a date in writing. Maison VM will communicate material delays and provide any options required by applicable law.
Returns, store credits, cancellations, damage reports, and refunds are governed by the Maison VM Returns & Refunds Policy and any additional conditions contained in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or custom-project agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
The Website and its content—including text, photographs, videos, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, collection names, drawings, layouts, and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to M&V Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Maison VM® and associated branding may not be used without prior written authorization.
You may view the Website and share unmodified links to its publicly available pages for personal or legitimate professional reference. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without written permission from Maison VM or the applicable rights holder.

Maison VM makes reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every description, price, dimension, availability status, image, or other item of information will always be complete or error-free.
Maison VM may correct errors, update content, modify features, or suspend all or part of the Website when reasonably necessary. Corrections made to the Website will not retroactively change a transaction that has already become binding, except as agreed by the parties or permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

A separate purchase, commission, or service agreement may contain its own dispute-resolution provisions, which will control for that transaction.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Maison VM’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other Website policies referenced here, constitute the agreement governing use of the Website. Transaction-specific documents govern the applicable purchase, commission, delivery, or service.

Changes apply prospectively and do not modify an existing binding transaction unless the parties agree or applicable law provides otherwise.
