Our Work
Every project begins with understanding the people who will live there.
We then design unique spaces and curate extraordinary pieces that bring character, emotion, and a sense of belonging to every home.
The result is never simply beautiful.
It feels unmistakably yours.
Curated worldwide.
Luxury you can truly feel.
Each uniquely designed.
A new chapter begins.
Selected Projects
These projects offer a glimpse into a decade of high-end residential work in France. From blank construction sites to historic restorations, each space was designed from scratch, for one client, and exists nowhere else. That standard is now available in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A listed heritage property built in 1863 under Napoleon III, the Chalet Impérial Clermont-Tonnerre
underwent a complete restoration, preserving its architectural character while adapting the property to a contemporary way of life.
We designed the landscape and outdoor living spaces as a natural extension of the residence — introducing terraces, structured planting, outdoor dining, integrated lighting and a swimming pool with a fully adjustable floor.
Every intervention was conceived to feel considered rather than imposed, creating a dialogue between historic architecture, contemporary design and the garden.
Before
A remarkable nineteenth-century residence undergoing restoration, surrounded by an undefined landscape with no established outdoor living spaces.
After
A refined garden conceived around the historic residence, where pool, terraces, planting and lighting create an elegant transition between heritage architecture and contemporary living

Set on a hillside, this contemporary residence called for a landscape capable of softening its strong architectural lines without diminishing their presence.
The garden was composed as a sequence of sculptural planting, stone, timber and carefully framed circulation. Cloud-pruned forms, ornamental grasses and Mediterranean species bring rhythm and softness, while the pool, pathways and architectural lighting extend the geometry of the house into the landscape.
The result is a garden that balances precision and naturalism — calm, structured and deeply connected to the architecture.
Before
A newly completed contemporary residence set within a steep and largely unresolved landscape, with little planting, softness or connection between architecture and garden.
After
A sculpted landscape where Japanese-inspired restraint, Mediterranean planting and natural materials soften the architecture and create a calm, cohesive sense of place.

Engaged while the residence was still under construction, we designed the entire outdoor environment in dialogue with the architecture from the outset.
The lap pool, terraces, retaining structures, circulation, planting and outdoor lighting were conceived as a single composition, transforming a steep, unfinished site into a layered and fully integrated living environment.
The result is a landscape that feels inseparable from the house — extending its geometry, materials and living spaces into the garden.
Before
A steep construction site with exposed earth, unfinished levels and no connection yet established between the architecture and its surroundings.
After
A fully integrated outdoor environment where pool, terraces, planting and architectural structures extend the residence into the landscape.

An exposed terrace was transformed into an intimate garden suspended above the city.
A compact pool, timber pergola, layered planting and carefully positioned screening create a sequence of outdoor living spaces while preserving the panoramic views. Natural materials and warm architectural lighting soften the mineral setting, bringing depth, privacy and a sense of enclosure without disconnecting the terrace from the skyline.
The result is a rooftop that feels less like an elevated platform and more like a true garden — a place to gather, retreat and experience the city from above.
Before
An open and highly exposed rooftop terrace with exceptional views, but little privacy, shade, planting or spatial definition.
After
A layered rooftop garden where pool, pergola, planting and outdoor living spaces create intimacy and warmth while preserving the surrounding views.

Designed as a complete outdoor living environment, this compact urban garden was entirely reimagined around a landscape pool, poolhouse and a carefully layered sequence of spaces.
Natural stone, architectural screens, integrated lighting and structured planting create intimacy, rhythm and depth, while the pool becomes the focal point of the composition.
Every material was selected to age beautifully and every square foot was given a purpose — proving that a limited footprint can still deliver a highly immersive outdoor experience.
The project was awarded First Prize by Everblue Pool Builders.
Before
A conventional enclosed garden with little spatial structure, limited privacy and no real connection between the house and the outdoor space.
After
An intimate architectural retreat where pool, terrace, planting and screening create a layered, private and highly functional outdoor living environment.

An ordinary urban garden was reimagined as a sequence of intimate outdoor spaces, designed for dining, gathering and retreat.
Curved circulation, layered planting and carefully framed transitions create depth and discovery throughout the garden. A generous dining terrace opens toward quieter planted areas, while sculptural vegetation and mature trees bring privacy, softness and a sense of enclosure.
As daylight fades, integrated lighting reveals the pathways, planting and architectural details, transforming the garden into a warm and immersive evening landscape.
Before
A largely open garden with limited spatial definition, where circulation, planting and outdoor uses existed without a clear sense of hierarchy or connection.
After
A layered and intimate landscape where terraces, pathways, planting and light create a sequence of distinct places for gathering, retreat and everyday life.

What began as a pool surrounded by a largely undefined terrace was transformed into a complete outdoor living environment, designed around the rhythms of everyday life.
A poolhouse, outdoor kitchen, dining terrace, lounge areas and layered planting create distinct places to gather, relax and entertain throughout the day. Architectural lighting extends the experience into the evening, while warm materials and vegetation soften the existing structure and bring depth to the garden.
The result is an outdoor space that no longer simply surrounds the pool — it gives the entire garden a purpose.
Before
A pool surrounded by an expansive hardscape, with little spatial definition, limited shade and no dedicated place for gathering or outdoor living.
After
A layered outdoor living environment where poolhouse, kitchen, dining and lounge areas turn the garden into a true extension of the home.

Rather than flattening the site, the design works with the natural slope to organize the garden as a sequence of terraces, planted transitions and outdoor living spaces.
The pool, poolhouse and stepped pathways are embedded into the topography, creating a gradual descent from the house toward more intimate areas of the garden. Layered planting softens the retaining structures, while stone, timber and architectural lighting bring continuity across the different levels.
The result is a landscape that feels naturally anchored to the site — structured, immersive and inseparable from the terrain that shaped it.
Before
A steep and fragmented garden with strong level changes, limited continuity and no clear connection between the house and the lower parts of the site.
After
A terraced landscape where pool, poolhouse, planting and circulation follow the natural slope, turning the terrain into the organizing structure of the garden.
